“We have worked with CAS Construction on two major projects in our house. The largest project was the media room
in which the roof over the 3 car garage was totally removed and replaced with a new addition, a bedroom was transformed into
a kitchenette and a bath was restructured to accompany the new media room. The project took approximately 4 months. It was
well planned from the beginning and turned out very well. As a Realtor, I see a lot of media rooms and this is one of the
best, both practical and spacious. CAS did a great job! The goal for this project was to provide the kids a safe place
to watch football film, games and movies with their friends and for us to have a fun place for friends and neighbors to visit.
It was a 100% success.
Our second project with CAS was a loggia by the pool. In the planning phase we spoke with
another company that specialized in this type of construction however we decided to speak with Chad also. He had some great
ideas and we trusted him so we signed the contract and began. Once again, the building looks great.
We have been
totally pleased and I have already referred Chad to anyone and everyone who thinks about a home improvement project. I have
talked about this group of builders so often with my office mates that all of the REMAX agents are now referring CAS as well.
